Draag vooral waar jij je comfortabel in voelt. We raden je wel aan om je casual te kleden. Voorzie gemakkelijke schoenen. Schoenen met een hak bvb. zijn op het domein en op de wei van het Babbelplein iets minder praktisch.
Er worden 2 sky-tenten voorzien op het Babbelplein waar je kan schuilen bij slecht weer, maar neem zeker aangepaste kledij mee. We raden je aan om de weersverwachtingen vooraf ook zeker te checken.
Please wear what you feel comfortable in. We do recommend that you dress casually. Provide comfortable shoes. For example, shoes with heels are less practical on the grounds and the meadow of the Babbelplein.
There are two sky-tents on the Babbelplein where you can take shelter in case of bad weather, but be sure to bring appropriate clothing. We recommend that you be sure to check the weather forecast beforehand as well.
Zeker! Het park Bokrijk is enorm groot en de afstanden tussen de parking en het evenement en tussen de verschillende zones mag je niet onderschatten. Heb je kleine kinderen? Neem dan gerust een kinderwagen of bolderkar mee zodat iedereen er ten volle van kan genieten.

Huisdieren zijn niet toegelaten op het domein tijdens het evenement. Om hen te besparen van de grote massa, drukte en muziek, zal je je huisdier zeker een plezier doen door deze thuis te laten.
Pets are not allowed on the property during the event. To spare them from the large crowds and music, you will certainly do your pet a favor by leaving them at home.
Van 10 september t.e.m. 2 oktober wordt het kruispunt met de Genkersteenweg volledig opnieuw aangelegd. Die periode is de aansluiting van de Genkersteenweg afgesloten voor alle verkeer. Verkeer volgt in beide richtingen een omleiding via de sluis van Godsheide.
Daarna is verkeer van en naar de Genkersteenweg weer mogelijk, behalve vanuit Zonhoven (N74) kan je niet linksaf.
Fietsers en voetgangers kunnen altijd over de brug.
Kom je normaalgezien langs deze weg dan stellen we een alternatieve route voor waarbij je aanrijdt via de E314 en vervolgens afrit Bokrijk neemt. Vanaf de afrit zal er signalisatie van Celebration Day voorzien worden.
From September 10 to October 2, the intersection with Genkersteenweg will be completely reconstructed. During that period, the Genkersteenweg junction will be closed to all traffic. Traffic will be diverted in both directions via the Godsheide lock.
After that, traffic to and from the Genkersteenweg is possible again, except from Zonhoven ,(N74) you cannot turn left.
Cyclists and pedestrians can always cross the bridge.
If you normally pass by this road, we suggest an alternative route where you approach via the E314 and then take the Bokrijk exit. From the exit there will be Celebration Day signage.
Alle bezoekers voor Celebration Day kunnen enkel parkeren op PARKING 2. Er wordt tijdig signalisatie aangegeven van zodra je de autosnelweg bent afgereden. Volg de signalisatie van Celebration Day, deze brengt je tot Parking 2. Deze parking is geprivatiseerd voor het evenement. De slagbomen zullen bij aankomst en vertrek open staan – een uitrijkaartje is bijgevolg niet nodig.
Parking 1 staat niet ter beschikking die dag voor Celebration Day-bezoekers.
All visitors for Celebration Day can only park at PARKING 2. There will be timely signs as soon as you exit the highway. Follow the Celebration Day signs, which will take you to Parking 2. This parking lot is privatized for the event. The barriers will be open on arrival and depa; therefore, an exit ticket is fore not required.
Parking 1 is not available that day for Celebration Day visitors.

Er is slechts één laadpaal voorzien op Parking 2. Heb je een elektrische wagen dan raden we je aan om je wagen thuis volledig op te laden alvorens je naar het evenement komt.
There is only one charging station provided at Parking 2. If you have an electric car, we recommend that you fully charge your car at home before coming to the event.
Indien je hebt aangegeven in je registratie dat je met de bus zal komen, kan je opstappen in Beerse 1 en Geel. Je ontvangt hierover een aparte e-mail met alle praktische informatie zoals locatie en uur.
Je zal met de bus ook aankomen op Parking 2.
Belangrijk: laat niets achter in de bus bij aankomst in Bokrijk want het is mogelijk dat je niet met dezelfde bus terugkeert naar één van de Janssen-sites.
If you have indicated in your registration that you will come by bus, you can get off at Beerse 1 and Geel. You will receive a separate email about this with all practical information such as location and time.

Follow the signage towards PARKING 2. There is a bicycle parking area there, and pedestrians can only get to the main entrance of the event via this road as well.
Count on a 30-35 minute walk from the train station to the event entrance (Babbelplein).

Eten en drank kan gratis geconsumeerd worden gedurende heel het event. Ook in het Openluchtmuseum zal je eten en drank kunnen verkrijgen op vier locaties: Hangar58, ‘In Den Dolfijn (desserts en drank), ‘Herberg in Sint-Gummarus’ (desserts en drank) en in de Oude Snoepwinkel.
Op de bezoekersmap die je op www.celebrationday.be vindt én die je aan de inkom kan verkrijgen, vind je ook een QR-code terug met alle allergenen en informatie over het eten.
At the “Babbelplein”, you will have a sprawling bar with all kinds of drinks you can order, as well as lots of choices from various food stands such as Belgian fries, pasta, desserts, pizza, burgers, kebabs, barbecue, Asian and more.
Food and drinks can be consumed free of charge throughout the event. Food and drinks will also be available at four locations in the Open Air Museum: Hangar58, 'In Den Dolfijn (desserts and drinks), 'Herberg in Sint-Gummarus' (desserts and drinks) and at the “Oude Snoepwinkel”.
On the visitors' folder that you can find on www.celebrationday.be and that you will receive at the entrance, you will also find a QR code with all allergens and information about the food.
Er mag enkel gerookt worden op de horecapunten van Bokrijk zelf waar dit expliciet staat aangegeven en waar er terrassen zijn voorzien. In het park en op het Babbelplein is het verboden om te roken.
Smoking is only allowed at the Bokrijk catering points where this is explicitly indicated and where terraces are provided. Smoking is prohibited in the park and on the Babbelplein.
Tijdens het evenement voorzien we fotografen en videografen die sfeerbeelden zullen nemen. Bij het betreden van het evenement, geef je toestemming dat er mogelijks foto’s worden genomen die we in onze interne en externe communicatie zullen gebruiken.
